Abstract
This study aimed to find out the factory influential on the creative ;letivitics ol, the staff working in specialization oriented hospitals with a view to providing Irlsic data needed to develop the programs for managing them.

These results suggest that in order to inrre;lse the crcativc activities of the staff working in medical institutions it is n~ressary to develop the training progrmns which en;lhie them to have more innovative cognitive stele and raise the level of their internal moliv;ltion.
